1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ummah Help platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Ummah Help is a charitable giving platform that connects donors with verified Islamic charitable organizations. We facilitate Zakat, Sadaqah, Fidya, and Kaffarah payments.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful charitable purposes.
• Not impersonate any person or organization.
• Not use the platform to launder money or fund illegal activities.

4. Donation Policy

All donations are processed by Stripe and transferred to verified charitable organizations. Ummah Help does not retain donations. Please see our Refund Policy for information about refund eligibility.

5. Organization Accounts

Organizations must complete our KYC verification before receiving funds. Organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their project descriptions and impact reports.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Do not upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
