Campaign Payout & Fund Distribution Policy

1. Separation of Donation Funds

All donor contributions made through Ummah Help are processed and held separately by Stichting Ummah Help (the foundation entity). This legal separation guarantees that donation funds remain completely isolated from platform operational business activities (managed by Ummah Help B.V.) and are used strictly for their designated charitable purpose.

2. Mandatory Payout Verification Requirements

To request or receive a payout of raised funds, campaign organizers must satisfy all verification thresholds:

• Complete Organization KYC/KYB document submission (Registration, Tax clearance, Representative ID).
• Official IBAN Bank Account document verifying account ownership under the organization's legal name.
• Submission of project progress updates and proof of fund utilization.

3. Payout Processing Timelines & Currency

Payouts are processed in Euros (€) via SEPA bank transfer to verified EU/SEPA bank accounts:

• Payout Review Time: 3 to 5 business days after payout request submission.
• Bank Transfer Execution: 1 to 3 business days depending on receiving bank clearing.

4. Fraud Hold & Payout Freezing

Stichting Ummah Help reserves the legal right to hold or freeze payouts if a campaign is flagged for compliance issues, missing verification documentation, or suspected fraud until investigations are concluded.
