Every campaign is carefully reviewed, and where necessary, additional verification is requested. We follow clear procedures for transparency, fraud prevention, and the responsible management of donations.
Shariah-Compliant Giving
We clearly identify projects that are eligible for Islamic forms of giving, such as Zakat, Sadaqah Jariyah, Fidya, and Kaffarah, allowing you to donate with complete peace of mind.
Our Organization
To protect both donors and campaign organizers, Ummah Help operates through two separate legal entities.
Stichting Ummah Help
Responsible for managing all donation funds and ensuring they are used exclusively for the purpose for which they were raised.
Ummah Help B.V.
Develops and manages the platform and provides all technical services and infrastructure.
This dual-entity structure ensures that donation funds remain completely separate from operational business activities, contributing to maximum transparency, accountability, and trust.
How Does Ummah Help Sustain Itself?
Platform maintenance & voluntary donor model
Developing, maintaining, and securing a crowdfunding platform involves ongoing costs.
For this reason, donors have the option to make a voluntary contribution to Ummah Help during the donation process. This contribution is entirely optional and helps us maintain the platform, continue developing new features, and reach even more people in need.
Together, we are building a platform that can continue serving the Ummah for generations to come.

This hadith is the inspiration behind Ummah Help.
I believe that, as one Ummah, we have a responsibility to care for one another, support one another, and work together to build a stronger community. Not only to help each other succeed in this world, but also in the hope of earning a lasting reward from Allah in the Hereafter.
